Flying Couch Brewing is an independent microbrewery in Copenhagen, based in the Nordvest district. What started as a nomadic brewing project has, since 2015, grown into a fully established brewery producing and delivering craft beer all year round. Our craft beer selection spans from crisp pilsner and lager to hoppy and hazy IPAs, as well as fruity sours and complex stouts.

Our brewery in Copenhagen NV has long been known for its local atmosphere and laid-back courtyard bar setup (whenever the Danish weather decides to cooperate). In April 2024, we proudly opened our first taproom next to the brewery. Unfortunately, in January 2025, a violent fire in the neighbouring building forced us to close it again. Thankfully, nobody was hurt, but smoke and water damage left the taproom temporarily out of service. The taproom re-opened June 18th 2026 - learn more about it here.

On a daily basis, Flying Couch Brewing is run by a small, diverse, and professional team. The brewery door is (almost) always open, and during weekdays you will find most of us working hard, talking about beer, new names, ingredients and designs, brewing and occasionally things that have nothing to do with beer.
