Payment
Flying Couch ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and Apple Pay.
Payment will only be charged once the physical product is shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order confirmation.
Reservation of funds
When using a payment card (debit or credit), the purchase amount will be reserved at the time of order. The amount will remain reserved until the webshop processes and ships your order. Once the order is shipped, the amount will be charged. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Debit cards
For debit cards, the purchase amount will appear as reserved, and your available balance will be reduced accordingly. If the order is cancelled, the webshop cannot withdraw the amount, but the reservation may remain for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release the reservation.
Credit cards
For credit cards, the amount will only be charged when the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order.
Prices and Security
All prices listed on the website include VAT.
Currency: Danish Kroner (DKK).
Flying Couch ApS uses a secure payment server with SSL encryption, ensuring that all data is protected and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. The website is also secured using SSL encryption.
Delivery
Delivery time is typically 1 – 5 business days.
Shipping is handled via:
- BRING – Parcel Shop
- BRING – Private Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You can choose between delivery “without distribution” (to parcel shop) or “with distribution” (home delivery).
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from us to you.
Flying Couch ApS is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to the customer.
Right of withdrawal & returns
Beer & beverages
Due to their nature, beer and beverages are not subject to the right of withdrawal once delivered.
Goods excluding beer & beverages
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order. You must notify us in writing (send an email to: webshop@flyingcouch.dk) and return the goods within 14 days.
A copy of the order confirmation must be included with the returned goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are securely packaged and returned in the same condition as received.
Returns & order cancellation
Refunds are generally only issued in case of physical damage or verified quality issues, at Flying Couch ApS’s discretion.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
Orders can be cancelled before they leave the brewery. If you wish to cancel your order, send an email to: webshop@flyingcouch.dk including your name, contact number, order number, and a description of the product(s) you wish to cancel. We will let you know whether the order has left the brewery and how you will receive your refund.
Flying Couch ApS reserves the right to cancel orders prior to delivery in case of errors on the website, including but not limited to typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers and availability.
Warranty
In accordance with Danish law, a 2-year warranty applies to all products except beer. If the warranty is valid, you are entitled to replacement or refund.
The risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Any defects must be reported to us as soon as possible. The customer must demonstrate that the defect was not caused after delivery. Claims must be sent to: webshop@flyingcouch.dk including description and photos of the defect(s).
You can only make a complaint about defects that appear within two years after receiving the product. For products with limited shelf life, the complaint period is limited accordingly.

Complaints are submitted via the official complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus.
The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute. If unsuccessful, the case may be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, companies require that the product or service is valued at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing, the value must be at least DKK 720. These thresholds may change.
A processing fee applies.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal may also be used when submitting a complaint. This is relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Submit a complaint here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
