Our friends from Alefarm Brewing stopped by, and together we brewed a mighty 10% sour beer beast inspired by the legendary Danish Solbærstang-ice cream.

It’s thick, rich, sour, and intense - packed with insane amounts of black currant, vanilla, and cacao nibs - and it tastes a lot like Solbærstang!
