💋 Sour Ale with attitude and elegance brewed on a bright, smooth base of Barley, Wheat and CaraBody 💋

We loaded it with raspberries – tons of them – for that classic wild tartness and deep, passionate red hue. Then we added liquid licorice for contrast: dark, salty-sweet, and a little dangerous. Finally, a touch of vanilla to smooth out the edges and leave a silky, creamy finish.

The result? A fruity sour beer with dessert DNA. Fresh and tangy on the surface, but with depth, darkness, and a hint of forbidden sweetness underneath. Think: a Parisian dessert table where someone’s smuggled a bag of salty licorice under the cloth.

A beer that flirts, teases, and charms – and absolutely lives up to its name. Careful though - one sip might not be enough.
