English IPA with Harlequin, First Gold & Jester (collab with OY).
A modern take on an English IPA where classic British roots meet contemporary hop varieties. Harlequin brings notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus, First Gold contributes marmalade, spice, and orange peel, while Jester adds tropical fruit and blackcurrant. Balanced, aromatic, and gently malt-supported with a pleasant bitterness – an IPA that gives your taste buds something to think about.
Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer?
English IPA pairs perfectly with fish and chips. Or ignore all of this and just feed your head.
