Sour Beer with Vanilla and Lemon.
A bright and summery sour inspired by the classic Danish dessert drink koldskål. Lemon brings lively acidity and freshness, while vanilla adds a soft, rounded sweetness reminiscent of warm days and chilled desserts. Light and incredibly refreshing sour beer – almost like liquid summer in a glass.
Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer?
Sour Beer pairs nicely with light desserts. Or just drink it on a Tuesday while staring into the fridge.
