Spelt New England IPA (NEIPA) with Pacifica, Wakatu, Nelson Bliss & Citra.
A soft and juicy IPA packed with bright hop aroma. Pacifica and Wakatu bring crisp citrus and gentle herbal freshness, while Nelson Bliss adds grape and white-wine notes. Citra ties it all together with juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Hazy, smooth, and easy-drinking - an IPA that hits just right without making too much noise.
Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer?
New England IPA pairs well with burgers and BBQ. But don't lose your spelt over it.
