Our IPAs

IPA, or India Pale Ale, is one of the defining styles of modern craft beer.

At Flying Couch our main focus is New England IPA (NEIPA), brewed with a soft mouthfeel, low bitterness and expressive, fruit-forward hop aromas. Many of our IPAs have a moderate ABV, where the balance between body, hop character and drinkability works best.

We also brew Session IPAs (SIPA), Double IPAs (DIPA), and West Coast IPAs and Pale Ales. Across the different IPA styles, our focus remains the same: soft texture, fruit-driven hops and high drinkability.

In our beer shop, you can find our full selection of IPAs, as well as our Lagers, Stouts, and Sours. Cheers 🍻
