Our IPAs / India Pale Ales
IPA, or India Pale Ale, is one of the defining styles of modern craft beer. And at Flying Couch our main focus is New England IPA (NEIPA), brewed with a soft mouthfeel, low bitterness and expressive, fruit-forward hop aromas. Many of our IPAs sit around 6.0% ABV, where the balance between body, hop character and drinkability works best.
We also brew Session IPAs (SIPA), Double IPAs (DIPA), and occasionally West Coast IPAs and pale ales. Across the different IPA styles, our focus remains the same: soft texture, fruit-driven hops and high drinkability.
