Stouts

Stout is a classic style within modern craft beer, known for its dark appearance and rich flavour profile. At Flying Couch we brew stouts in a variety of expressions – from lighter, smooth and creamy versions to stronger and more intense beers.

Some of our stouts have a moderate ABV and a soft mouthfeel, where notes of chocolate, coffee and roasted malts create a balanced and approachable drinking experience. We also brew stouts with higher ABV, where a fuller body and deeper layers of flavour deliver a more complex profile. These beers can feature notes of cocoa, coffee, caramel and sometimes barrel-aged characteristics, adding extra depth and intensity. What all of our stouts have in common is balance and smooth texture.
