German Ale with WLP029 & Riwaka (collab with White Labs Copenhagen).

A fresh German Ale that takes a little detour from classic German brewing traditions. The clean, crisp fermentation character of WLP029 leaves room for a light malty base with notes of bread and biscuit, while Riwaka kicks open the doors to the labyrinth with intense lime, bright citrus, and a touch of passionfruit. The result is a pale, aromatic, and well-balanced beer where German precision meets New Zealand hop mischief. Just don't get lost in the labyrinth – Minotår is waiting around the corner!
