Gose with Sicilian Lemons, Coriander Seeds & Salt.

A bright and lively gose with a citrus twist you can’t refuse. Sicilian lemons bring sharp, sun-ripened acidity, while coriander seeds add a gentle spice and aromatic lift. A subtle salty finish ties everything together, creating that classic refreshing gose profile. Light, crisp, and irresistible that you simply can’t turn down.

Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer?

Gose pairs well with desserts, but sours are all over the place that rules of thumb don't really apply.
