A juicy NEIPA brewed in collaboration with Alefarm, inspired by the modern phenomenon of vast solar panel fields appearing across the countryside. We decided to have a little fun with the term and turned those “iron fields” into an “iron buddy” instead. Citra and Nelson Bliss bring citrus, tropical fruit, and grape-like white wine notes, while Wakatu contributes fresh lime and green citrus. Simcoe and Columbus provide depth, aroma, and balance. Hazy, soft, and packed with hops – an IPA full of energy without ever needing to be plugged into the grid.
