Inspired by traditional German brewing, it offers rich notes of freshly baked bread, biscuit, and a gentle honey-like sweetness, while restrained bitterness keeps everything beautifully balanced. Smooth, rounded, and pleasantly full-bodied, hiding its 6.3% remarkably well. A little Christmas masterpiece in a glass – and thankfully, no need to cut off an ear to appreciate it.

 

Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer?
