Black IPA with Wakatu, Comet, Motueka & Nectaron.
A dark and enchanting Black IPA where roasted malts meet bright hop magic. Wakatu and Motueka bring lime, herbal freshness, and green citrus, while Comet and Nectaron add tropical fruit, stone fruit, and a touch of pine. The dark malt provides cocoa, light coffee, and depth without heaviness – a sharp balance between black and juicy. A beer for those ready to quest beyond the usual IPA realm.
Food Pairing – What goes well with this beer?
Good thing black IPA doesn't ask what's on the menu.
